Artemis GA Duck Hunt
January 14-17, Cooperville: APPLY
Enjoy Martin Luther King Jr. weekend hunting duck with Lynn and Tina near Cooperville. Meet up at the property Friday afternoon. Wade through beaver swamps, smile at the retrieving dogs and cherish the quiet of the woods. Hunts will begin before first light and last until the birds are done flying usually around 9am. After pursuing duck there is opportunity for hunting rabbit, squirrel and hog. Camping accommodations include winter tent camping or hookups for electricity and water. Statesboro is only 25 minutes away if you prefer a warm bed. To hunt ducks you are required to have your hunting license, your GA Migratory Bird Stamp and the Federal Migratory Bird Stamp. You will need non-toxic steel shot #4 or #5.  Bring your own gear, but inquire with Lynn at lewis_weis@bellsouth.net if you are missing anything or have follow up questions. Accepting six applications, only two people can participate. Complete the Artemis Pre-Program Survey if you haven’t yet. Application does not guarantee participation. Upon selection you will pay $20 to reserve your spot. APPLY TODAY.
